    Are the cabinet sides finished?

    Yes, All of our cabinets feature finished sides in the same exterior color as the door style selected. It is not necessary to add any additional panels for exposed ends.


    You said all wood but some cabinets say MDF in doors?

    MDF is commonly used by manufacturers for white painted cabinets because it is a stiff, hard engineered wood product with out knots or holes and has high strength. MDF takes paint better then solid wood because it is more uniform and does not expand or contract through seasonal weather changes which helps prevent the finish from cracking over time.


    Can I order left hinge single door cabinets and left door location blind corner cabinets?

    All single door cabinets are standard right door hinge, and blind corner cabinets are right door location. To change to left hinge or left door location must be done in the field.


    Are your cabinets KCMA certified?

    YES!! We wouldn’t dream of working with a manufacturer that was not KCMA certified and hopefully you would not dream of buying cabinets that weren’t KCMA certified. Wolf cabinets meet the requirements of KCMA certification and also KCMA Environmental Stewardship program.

     If the cabinets are sold RTA they can not be KCMA certified but we do not carry RTA at the moment but check back later as we may add them to our website, but don’t worry our RTA line will be KCMA certified if ordered preassembled and be of the highest quality.


    KCMA certified, What is that and Who cares?

     Well you should care if you are buying cabinets. KCMA certification is a quality control certification that has guidelines and requirements that manufacturers must meet in order to qualify. To learn more you can visit their website at


    Are the cabinets California Air Resources Board's (CARB) emissions standard compliant?

    All of our cabinets are CARB 2 compliant by meeting or exceeding standard CARB threshold limit tests against harmful emissions, including formaldehyde.

    Can I pick up my order?

    No, Yes, Maybe sometimes, Honestly it depends, well we do not allow customer pick-up from most of our warehouse locations, we may be able to arrange pickup in some areas. Just email us before you place your order and we will work with you. Charges may apply and this is by a case-by-case scenario. We deliver our cabinets in just 7-21 business days at very reasonable shipping rates making delivery easy but if you prefer to pick up from one of our warehouses still just email us and we will see what we can do.

     Do you help with kitchen design?

    YES!. We can steer you in the right direction for designing your kitchen, consult with you or design it all with measurements provided by you. You are ultimately responsible for accuracy of the measurements so make sure you supply us with the right information. Follow our instructions on how to measure your kitchen and use the provided graph paper and fill out our design request form.


    What is your cancellation policy?

    All cancellations must be emailed within 48 hours of the purchase to Because of our tight delivery time frames, all orders canceled during this period will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee on the order. Any order that has left the warehouse for shipment cannot be canceled for any reason.


    Do the cabinets come with a warranty?

    Yes!! All of our cabinets sold at Select Cabinetry of PA come with warranty from the manufacturer. The warranty varies by manufacturer. Wolf cabinets come with a FIVE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON CABINETS, DRAWER GUIDES AND HINGES. You can download Wolf’s warranty pdf here.


     How do I care for my cabinets?

     Taking proper care of your new cabinets is important in ensuring they have a long beautiful life in your kitchen and last for years to come. A guide for cabinet care can be found here.


     How to accept delivery?

     An authorized signature is required at delivery and the customer or a responsible person of at least 18 years must be present to accept delivery.

    All deliveries are tailgate delivery only. This means that the freight company is only responsible to take the product to the tailgate or end of the truck.

    FREE LIFTGATE. includes a free lift gate for all deliveries that have pallets included. The customer receiving the product is responsible to unload all items off the truck.

    PLEASE NOTE: Many of the products are very large/heavy and may require at least two or three people to unload.

     CHECK YOUR ORDER TO MAKE SURE IT IS COMPLETE. You are responsible to check and make sure that all items on the order sheet/packing list are delivered by the shipping company.

     All missing and visibly damaged items must be clearly marked on the driver's paperwork. Make sure to get a copy of the Bill of Lading that includes both the driver's and the customer's signature.

     The bill of lading (driver's paperwork) indicates the number of cartons, not necessarily the number of items. You must check that all items on the order have been received before you sign the paperwork.

    After all boxes are received sign off on the drivers paperwork. Once the customer signs off that all cabinets are received, will not be responsible for missing items.

    CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE TO MAKE SURE ALL ITEMS ARE RECEIVED. Inspect for any visible damages to the boxes and make sure all products are received in the presence of the carrier representative. If you detect any missing items from the shipment, you must document them in writing on the paperwork provided by the driver. Make sure to note the paperwork in front of the carrier and have the driver sign the paperwork.

     REFUSED DELIVERIES – Any refused or unsuccessful attempts for jobsite delivery will be charged the full delivery fee. Subsequent attempts will result in full fee per attempt.


    What is the return policy?

     The return policy for cabinets depends on the manufacturer.

     Wolf cabinets:

    All merchandise must be in original packaging and in resalable condition. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. All returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Returns for material 31 days or more after original receipt will be charged a 35% restocking charge. Material over 60 days old will not be approved for return. Material found to have been drilled, installed, or altered in any way will be returned to the customer. Authorization is required for all material returns.

    Concealed Damage

    Material must be in its original carton. All requests for the return of damaged material must be made within 30 days of delivery. Any request after 30 days will not be honored since the material has been out of our control for an extended period of time.


    Where do you deliver?

     All of our cabinet accessories, kitchen furniture islands and Jeffery Alexander vanities are available for delivery to anywhere in the U.S.

     Wolf Cabinets:

    Our preassembled only line by Wolf Cabinets is available for jobsite delivery only in select states which includes anywhere on the east coast. Wolf cabinets delivers to states found on the Wolf Cabinets delivery map.  

     All shipping locations must be able to accommodate for large tractor trailers. A large tractor trailer truck includes a 53' bed and can be as long as 73' with the truck cab. If the location cannot handle a large tractor trailer, then special accommodations must be made and additional fees may apply.

     WEIGHT LIMITS – Deliveries will be made with vehicles weighing up to 60,000. Please keep this in mind when scheduling delivery to a site.

     HEIGHT/WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS – All jobsites must be accessible with a truck that is 13’ 6” high, 102” wide. It is important to consider not only the site area, but also the route to arrive at the site. Please confirm that deliveries with trucks of this size are not only able to deliver, but are approved for delivery by local authorities.

     ROAD RESTRICTIONS – Wolf trucks will not go “off road.” Trucks must stay on a paved roadway or driveway. If we are directed to pull onto a driveway or sidewalk Wolf assumes no responsibility for any damage to surface or surrounding areas that may occur.

     The customer is responsible to notify at the time of purchase if the delivery address is not accessible for a large freight truck and we will help make the special accommodations after the order is placed. has the final say on whether or not we can access a particular area.


    When is my Delivery?

    Wolf Cabinets:

    After your order is placed you will receive an email with in 2-3 business days with the shipping information. At least one day prior to jobsite delivery, Wolf or a Wolf-approved delivery team will call to verify that the customer is ready for the delivery. Wolf Driver will call customer roughly 1 hour before arriving to ensure someone is on site when delivery arrives.. This time and date cannot be changed and the customer will be responsible to have someone 18 years or older at the location to accept the delivery.
